Insolvenzverwalterkongress 2023 

The Association of Insolvency Administrators Germany (VID) plays a significant role as the host of the prestigious "German Insolvency Administrators Congress." This congress serves as a central forum within the German insolvency law industry, bringing together a wide range of professionals. From insolvency administrators and judges to institutional creditors, restructuring consultants, and legal policymakers – all of them find a platform here for exchange, discussion, and further education. 

The congress contributes to shedding light on the latest developments in insolvency law, sharing best practices, and discussing future challenges. It provides participants with the opportunity to expand their knowledge, build networks, and learn from the experiences of other experts. This exchange not only strengthens the professional community but also contributes to the advancement of insolvency practices in Germany. 

In the year 2023, the German Insolvency Administrators Congress will take place in Berlin as an in-person event from November 8th to 10th. This three-day event offers a rich agenda of lectures, panel discussions, and workshops, allowing participants to engage deeply with current topics and expand their professional network.
